Bowen’s Wharf, Newport RI
This weekend, make it out to historic Bowen’s Wharf in Newport to enjoy this incredible Annual Seafood Festival that has become a staple of fall in Rhode Island. Local seafood restaurants will be there serving up some of their signature dishes to celebrate the annual “Harvest of the Sea.” The event brings fun for the whole family, offering up live music, cocktails, cafe style seating all along the wharf, delectable food, and much more! All proceeds from the festival bars go to benefit Oliver Hazard Perry, a 200 foot sailing education vessel that will be docked right on the wharf. Patrons can even take a tour of the vessel while it’s there! The festival is Saturday 10/15 and Sunday 10/16, so be sure to take the family or your friends and go check it out!
